Extremely pleased. I have a Skagen watch that isn’t made anymore and Raymond searched high and low to find me a new crystal face that fit. Great communication throughout the repair process and they were fast too. Price was fair and I’m happy with the end result.

I have been looking for a watch band for my granddaughters gizmo watch. My search has not not been very successful until I stopped into times ticking at Layton hills mall. Raymond and Trent were very helpful in my recent visit. I had forgotten that I purchased a lifetime replacement on my watch battery and they kindly reminded me and replaced it. They also answered some of my questions and showed me how to use some of the settings on my watch.

I love the customer service and the availability to purchase the lifetime battery. I have a very tiny watch that no where else was ever able to replace the battery ( even the Jewelry store where it was purchased) Times Ticking was able to replace it “in no time”!!!!

I take my Casio watches to Times Ticking in Layton, Utah and have always received the best service. They are quick and efficient. I have been to Time’s Ticking multiple times and each time the staff has been professional, prompt and very accommodating. Raymond replaced the band on my favorite watch and went beyond the call of duty by making sure all the pins were upgraded and stronger than the standard so that the watch was sure to survive all the grind and rough treatment it is subjected to during my obstacle course races. Thanks Raymond for making my experience so great! Definitely will return again.

I went to the Layton, UT location to service and replace the battery of my unique Citizen watch that is Mickey Mouse themed. The service received from both Ray and Ishla was excellent.The servicing on the watch was finished before I figured it would take. I was told what had been done and what to watch out for. I highly recommend them.

Great service. Had the wristband adjusted on my Citizen watch and paid a reasonable, one-time fee for lifetime adjustments on it. Went back in since I wanted it adjusted a little more and Makenna got right on it. Service was quick and she was very friendly.

We were so happy with the service we received. We needed a repair on my husband’s watch, and another watch repair place told us they couldn’t find the necessary part to fix it. I found Times Ticking online since they repair Wittnauer watches. They were very pleasant on the phone. I appreciated the email updates. We got the watch back quickly, and it runs perfectly again. I couldn’t find anyone in UK to repair a child’s 1980 snoopy Timex watch so I was delighted when Times Ticking said they would. Repair took some time and it wasn’t cheap but it was good value for money to have this treasured item restored. UK Border agency applied custom charges which was promptly refunded to me by Times Ticking. excellent communication and tracking throughout.

I had a great experience with Times Ticking. My watch had set in a drawer for a year. Finally decided to get it fixed. Sent it to Times Ticking, they called and told me what the problem and how much it would be. The price seemed to be reasonable. I agreed and received the repaired watch within a couple of weeks.It has worked perfectly for last few months!

I had another jewelry store in the mall replace my battery in my fossil watch. They couldn’t get the metal back pressed back on and told me to go to Times Ticking because they knew they could do it. I went in and Ray and Andrew were so helpful and they were able to put the back on my watch without any problems. I’ll definitely be going there first next time I need a new battery!

I went into Times ticking today, Thursday, 10 Jan 2019, in the Newgate Mall, for some assistance on a repair of a watch band. Andrew and Noah were outstanding in their assistance. They were personable, professional, and quite knowledgeable in their assistance. While most watch shops only sell their products, Andrew and Noah were extremely helpful in assisting me in the repair of my Seiko dive watch. You are fortunate to have them in your store. Got my Diesel adjusted a few weeks ago and I’m still super satisfied with the fit. It took three attempts but Raymond was patient with my back and forth and was fine letting me watch him work. Definitely coming back for all my watch needs going forward. Kudos to Raymond!

I had dropped one of my watches on a tile floor … ouch … and it stopped working immediately. Times Ticking was able to give me an assessment and an estimate on the spot. Unfortunately, it was not worth repairing. Another watch needed a new battery. I replaced the battery myself yesterday but then could not get the back to snap back on. They needed to use their watch press in order to reattach it. The charge for that service was $5 but it was something I could not do it myself.
The staff in their store is so helpful and friendly. We spent quite a bit of time looking at their lovely Rhythm Motion clocks and the young man who helped us patiently answered every question we had and demonstrated them for us well. I was very impressed with their staff.

I stumbled upon Times Ticking when I was trying to find a shop to repair my Timex watch. They are FANTASTIC! I completed the form, packaged up my watch and mailed it off to them. They emailed me as soon as they had received it, and then once the watch had been checked to see what repairs needed to be done, they called me, told me what was necessary and how much it would be (exactly as promised on the form). I gave them the go-ahead and got my beloved watch back last week. I HIGHLY recommend them! Fast, courteous, and know what they’re doing. Thanks!

Times Ticking was very professional and did I great job fixing my Vestal watch. I had never heard of them but I needed to fix my watch so I sent it to them. They were very informative as to how much it would cost to fix and the status of the parts. The whole process took about a month. Watch looks great! If you need to fix your watch and can’t do it locally I highly recommend you send it to Times Ticking.

Ray and Andreas were very knowledgeable and efficient when they took on the challenge of repairing my watch. They told me things about my watch that I didn’t know about and also told me about their policies that benefited my and not their company. Every time I need something having to do with our watches I always wait until I’m up here from Utah County to come to Times Ticking in the mall. Nice, clean, and professional shop. Came highly recommended from another jewelry shop. Pricing is good and the repairs were quick and inexpensive. Raymond and Simon really know their watches. They fixed my watch in a couple minutes after I spent a couple days troubling shooting the issue and not having any success (Invicta chronograph watch). What a great and very convenient place to go to! My G-Shock watch just died on me all of a sudden and I needed to get a battery in it asap. Raymond greeted me very kindly and was very knowledgeable on my watch and what it needed and got it working again in a fast, timely manner. Even got it cleaned up very nicely too. Had a great experience with Times Ticking. Sent my watch in for a repair. They responded within a few days of me sending it and did the repair and returned my watch within two weeks. I spent months with local watch repair shops and had to call and constantly get updates. Times Ticking was quick to contact me and kept me apprised several times vis email and returned my watch within a few weeks . I would recommend them highly.

Quick, easy and hassle-free. The gentlemen I dealt with were not only professional and quick to update me on each step of the process, they were patient and enjoyable to speak with on the phone. I am happy to be back wearing my watches every day and they work perfectly again. It took about three days for my watches to arrive at their facility, four days for them to get approval for each step and get each of my watches fixed (I sent in 4, only one ended up being a more in-depth fix while the others were check up/new batteries) and two days to get them back in my mailbox, good as new. I am very pleased with the entire process and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs their watches fixed.

I had two sterling silver watches that were fixing to be thrown away due to lack of repair options. I used Times Ticking for my repair and could not be happier. Repairs were made in a timely manner. My four year old watch finally lost power and I could find no one locally that would replace the battery. I queried the company site of the watch maker and they referred me to Times Ticking. I contacted them by phone and was given instructions to go to their site and fill out paperwork send the paperwork with the watch by mail to their facility in Utah. Upon reception at their facility a representative from Times Ticking called me to discuss the problem and recommend a solution and the cost of the fix.. They immediately commenced working on the watch and within a couple of days called me back to say their work was done and they were returning it to me by insured mail. The entire transaction was easy to complete and within in a week’s time had the watch back in use. Really great people to work with with excellent service at a very fair price. I highly recommend Times Ticking for great service and surpassing my expectations in every regard.

I went to the Layton Hills Mall location to have my watch band replaced. Caleb and Andreas helped me and did a great job. They changed out the old watch band, put a few extra holes into the new one so it would fit and I was finished in less than 10 minutes! Great customer service!

I sent Times Ticking my 30 year old Pulsar watch for repair of a broken crystal after an authorized Pulsar repair center told me parts were unavailable. I have received many compliments on the watch as it is often mistaken for a Movado, and I really wanted to keep it. They replaced the crystal, installed new battery, cleaned the watch, and tightened clasp. The process worked exactly as explained and watch was returned repaired in about a week. Watch is beautiful again, and I am very happy with the pricing and service. Recommend very highly. Easy to do business with, no surprises, and they do what others can’t.

I had sent a Brighton watch to Brighton company. I wasn’t aware that it was not being repaired by them until I received a call from Times Ticking. Even then, I thought Times Ticking was part of Brighton. This doesn’t really matter because I received 2 calls prior to the repair, the repair was completed and sent back to me – working! I would make a suggestion that maybe after 2-3 weeks someone could give a call (or email) to update on status. I started panicking after about 3 weeks not having heard anything. I didn’t have a phone number to call to find out if all was well with my watch. But, end of story, it came within a couple days of my panic attack. Thanks for the service – I would use you again.

I was a bit worried about sending my watch off for repair, but, I couldn’t wear it like it was. I was very impressed. I followed the easy instructions to pack and send, received an email that it had arrived, and the time frame for which the watch would be evaluated. That would also be the time when the estimate call would be made. I was advised by email of the day the call would be made, and received a very reasonable quote.Upon approving the price, I was transferred to an office staff person to handle the transaction. The finished watch arrived within a week of the call. I would definitely use this company again.

Ray was amazing! I normally go to the location in Riverdale (as it is much closer to my home) but happened to be in the Layton area and decided to get a battery put in one of my watches. I’m so glad I stopped here and I will now be traveling the extra distance just to come here. Ray was super sweet, super kind, and super professional. She explained additional options that I could purchase besides the battery but not once did I feel pressured to buy any of the options. She took awesome care of me and my watch and when I returned to pick it up, she remembered exactly who I was. Awesome customer service!!

I went in to talk about my Nixon Batteries and all possibilities i could do with them. He helped me come to the conclusion that the lifetime battery would and will be the best option for me due to the amount of watches i have. Trying to find a watch maker to replace a Swiss Army Watch battery is easy but one who repairs a Swiss Army “Officer’s 1894 square faced” watch was next to impossible in the SF Bay Area. Further Google research connected me to “Ticking Times” in Utah and great success!
I sent my watch, received a prompt arrival confirmation and subsequent estimate of repairs & offer of cleaning & polishing. The entire process was skillfully completed with beautiful results in approx. 2-3 weeks.

I went to the New Gate Mall location in search of a time telling companion I could rely on for years to come. Greg and Ben helped me with just that. They listened to me to help find a watch to suit my needs and wants, instead of just trying to sell me any old watch. Greg was very patient and spent a considerable amount of time going over different brands with me and was exceptionally helpful. Ben, the other gentleman who assisted me that day was equally as helpful. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was about the variety of watches TimesTicking carries. He assured me that all the components of each watch were of the highest quality.
The week that followed, I had a concern with a loose clasp on my watch. Jake explained to me what the problem was, how it could be fixed, then remedied the problem as quickly as he could. Overall I am ecstatic with the customer service I received from all three of the men who helped me and I will most definitely return with any problems I may have, as well as potential future purchases. Five stars!

Recently my Father-in-law passed away and my Mother-in-law gave me two of his watches. One was a Rolex and the;other a Movado. My Father-in-law enjoyed these watches and so it was an honor to get both of these to remember him by. Only problem is my wrists are skinnier than his and needed some links taken out of the bands. Having gone to Times Ticking in Layton Hills Mall in the past for other watches needing links removed or batteries, and always pleased with the great service, we knew where we needed to go to have the links removed in these two newly acquired watches. Caleb was the one who helped us today and he was very pleasant and personable to us. I was expecting several days before they would be ready for pickup, but Caleb said to come back in 15 to 20 minutes and they would be ready. We took a little longer walking through the mall, but upon our return to Times Ticking, Caleb had one of them ready. He apologized and explained that the other watch needed to go to their repair shop due to the special links on it and it would be a few days before being ready. Even though both watches weren’t finished at the same time, Caleb’s friendly interaction with an honest explanation in having to wait for the other watch to be ready wasn’t even an issue and we were very pleased with his level of service. Once again our expectations with Times Ticking were exceeded and we will definitely be back. I would recommend Times Ticking as the place to go for all your time keeping repairs, sales and service.

Very good service. They repaired my old Baby G and cleaned it up. It now looks better than it has in probably 10 years. The keeper for the watch band broke years ago and I made one from a small zip tie. Times Ticking replaced it without me asking and at no charge. That was a pleasant surprise. Many times small gestures and great customer service say a lot about a company and people. You have earned a new return customer.

I needed repairs to my older Wittnauer watch, and none of the local jewelry shops knew how to fix it. I filled out the form and mailed my watch to Times Ticking. I received a phone call with quote a few days later. It took a bit longer than expected to get the watch back, but I realize they were testing it sufficiently enough to make sure it was repaired properly before sending it back to me. I recommend them.

My Dad passed away on April 27th 2017. He really did not have very much as far as jewelry and anything worth anything. My mom was still living and she was not ready to give up much. After cleaning out some things for her I had found a very old Timex Watch in a shoe box that belonged to my Dad many years ago. It had no band and it obviously did not work it was missing pieces. I asked if I could have it and she said I could so I went to a few places around town and no one would or could fix it and suggested I try on line out of town who would specialize in Timex. This Watch was very old, and it became more important to me, so I found Times Ticking, and sent my Watch. I was told it would take some time and it did the repair took 3 Months and during this time my Mom passed also. I received the watch the day after her funeral and heard it’s beautiful sound. The Watch was restored to its natural beauty and I find so much joy in knowing I have it and it ticking again. Thank You

I was a little hesitant to ship my watch off to a place that I had never seen. They sent me a message immediately upon receipt of my watch and then again at every step. I also appreciated the personal call before starting any repairs and giving me time toe decide on an overhaul of the watch. The watch is like new again. They are great!!!

This is my second time to deal with Times Ticking. Again, they have performed the services in excellent manner. When my watch was returned to me, it looked better than when I sent it to them. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They called to authorize the needed work, but failed to call me to tell me that my watch was in the return mail. That was unusual as they called me the first time I worked with them.. I have another watch passed down from my father that I will be sending next time. Thanks for a great job and as usual I will return.

Customer service is undeniably the #1 thing lacking in the retail industry today, but Times Ticking could write the book on exceeding customer expectations! I’m very impressed with the level of professionalism, salesmanship, and overall service with this company. Definitely will look to them in the future. Went in expecting to be overcharged for a generic battery being in a mall setting. Very pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and expertise. Not only did a get a battery, but a full service on my favorite watch for less than what I expected for a battery on it’s own, seeing as my watch is name brand. Rae made all the difference , definitely give that dude a bonus, he deserves it!

I found Times Ticking online and sent my watch to be repaired in good faith — having made no contact by phone or email, just the form completed and enclosed in the package. It’s a Swiss Army watch purchased by my father-in-law in Switzerland many decades ago — not sure how many — that was passed onto me after he passed away. It’s a special watch to me, and extremely comfortable as well. I was contacted by email and phone and notified of the status of my repair at every step of the process. The technician recognized the watch as unusual for its kind and asked me about it, so I felt like there was some appreciation there. I requested that all old parts be sent to me and that was no problem — my wife will incorporate them into jewelry. I’d recommend Times Ticking to anyone and will certainly call upon them again should the need arise.

My husband & I took his Reactor Poseidon in to the Layton Times Ticking for a repair. Rae was VERY helpful. We had purchased the watch in Ogden (also a great store with friendly staff) and we were glad that we could get the watch repaired in the Layton store since it was so convenient. Rae was very professional and knowledgeable in handling the watch situation and the watch was finished in less time than estimated. Awesome staff!!! Would highly recommend buying from Times Ticking!!!

I was certainly impressed by Rae’s customer service and professionalism, but even more so by her knowledge. Didn’t hesitate or waver at all. Super glad she was there, I definitely wasn’t impressed by David, I think that was his name. After I looked around the store on my own, I asked him to open a case for me he did just that, and only that-didn’t offer any info and when I asked him questions he didn’t seem to confidently know anything by the number of times he said “uh” or “um”. I assume he must be new so that’s why I’m still giving 5 stars, since Rae more than made up for his lack of knowledge, once she came in from the back of the store.

Initially felt odd sending off my swiss army watch to a place I did not know but everything went as they said it would. Estimate call came within 5 days. Work was completed and sent back as promised. Watch is like new and keeping great time again. I am very satisfied.

Professional workmanship and service are of primary importance to my wife and myself. Skagen is a real quality watch with beautiful designs. When two of our Skagens were not working properly we wanted a top notch jeweler who specializes in this brand to fix them properly.
Times Ticking provided proper repairs at a fair price and kept us in the information loop all through the process. We are delighted with the results and strongly recommend them too.

Very welcoming experience at the Layton Hills Mall location, I had 2 watches with dead batteries and the associate named Rae was very nice and greeted me. She recommended what I should do and at the best price point. Mikayla did an excellent job at fixing my watches and they came out looking spectacular.

It took me a long time to find someone who could service my Aqua Master watch. I am soooo happy that I found Times Ticking! They completely serviced my watch and got me a genuine Aqua Master replacement band. Their communication and customer service is unsurpassed. I highly recommend Times Ticking. I sent my Swiss Army watch in for repair and they informed me when it was received. A couple of days later they called with the repair estimate and approximate time to repair. I received my watch back earlier then their estimate. After I received my watch back, I called with a question which was answered very satisfactorily. They even remembered my watch! Times Ticking has a new loyal customer. Thank you, Jesse and staff.
